Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Within Canada

We ship all orders by Canada Post - either by XpressPost or as an expedited parcel, depending on the size of the package. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally arrive between 3-8 business days once shipped.

Delays & Issues

Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather events, or carrier delays beyond our control. If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to us from the Contact page, and we’ll do our best to help. We do not accept any returns/exchanges on online orders.
